Bitfit Trade is not available to the general public and is opened only to the verified members of Bitfit Trade, the use of this platform is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between the Bitfit Trade and its Members.

Top-up deposit: The top-up amount is not arbitrary. It is calculated based on your account portfolio, including trading volume, account performance, and total revenue generated. This ensures that every client’s upgrade pathway is proportionate and aligned with their account activity

As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

Withdrawal limits: Each plan listed in the platform has defined limits on withdrawal amounts and frequency with the exception of the Apex plan, which allows for unlimited withdrawal limits, priority transaction processing, and access to enhanced platform features.

You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from Bitfit Trade are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

All the data giving by a member to Bitfit Trade will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. Bitfit Trade is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.

As part of our platform’s operational guidelines, please be informed that a monthly maintenance deposit is required to ensure the continued performance and reliability of your trading account.
This deposit is essential for:
• Keeping your trading bot active
• Ensuring seamless trade execution
• Maintaining uninterrupted system integration and portfolio tracking
The maintenance deposit is automatically calculated by the system, based on several factors unique to each account, including:
• Account portfolio size
• Generated revenue and profit margins
• Trading volume and overall activity on the account

You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You are investing at your own risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this site are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not an investment advice.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

Bitfit Trade is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to Bitfit Trade that you will not use this platform in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the challenge with the administrator.

As a convenience to Bitfit Trade customers, the Site includes links to other websites or material which are beyond its control. Bitfit Trade is not responsible in any way for content outside the Site.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Bitfit Trade reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.

This dynamic approach allows the system to apply a fair and proportionate maintenance fee structure that aligns with your level of trading engagement. It also ensures that your account continues to operate optimally without disruption due to inactivity or system disengagement.

Bitfit Trade may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.

Each investment plan allows a maximum of 3 reinvestments per month after the successful completion of each trade.
• The Apex Plan is the only exception, offering unlimited reinvestment opportunities. However, this feature is unlocked only after reaching a specific deposit threshold, which is automatically monitored and calculated by the system.
We strongly recommend maintaining sufficient balance for this deposit to avoid potential interruptions or limitations in your account’s trading functionality.

Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
